The Near-Death Newsletter is a free semi-monthly newsletter which is emailed to subscribers every 1st of the month and on every 15th of the month.

It is generally understood in metaphysical circles that dreams are similar in nature to NDEs in that they are out-of-body journeys to other dimensions. In his book, Philip Dunn presents four distinct meditation techniques to try before sleep in preparation for dreaming (called dream incubation).
