CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA ----- (P.M.H. Atwater's Website) |
|
In
August of 2005, Inner Traditions will be publishing P.M.H. Atwater's
latest book entitled, "The New Children and The Fifth World, Prophecy and
Evolution." Advance orders through Inner Tradition are welcome. Concerning her
book, Atwater states: "My goal with this book is to put the various claims,
visions, prophecies, and ideas about what is happening to our children and our
world into perspective. Throughout my research of child experiencers of
near-death states, I have been observing children in general - especially those
born since 1982. These news ones are unlike children of any previous generation.
Yet to understand them, one must also have a better understanding of our times:
the Mayan "Suns," prophecies of apocalypse and tribulation, the root races,
generational imprinting, social ages, the great shifting and the great ages,
human evolution and what ahead of us. After a great deal of research,
cross-checking my material, and times spent in deep prayer and meditation, the
book came together. It is very pointed and specific, yet a little sassy - like
the new kids are. I have felt right along that it was my duty to write this
book, as if I "owed" the world this information. I am overjoyed with the result
of my efforts and with the dedication of Inner Traditions to bring this project
to light. People ask about the "Indigo Children," and I say read this book. You
will be very surprised at what you find!" |

"I
think death is an illusion. I think death is a really nasty bad lie. I don't see
any truth in the word death at all." This is the conclusion of Pam Reynolds, a
singer-songwriter ... Such bizarre phenomena have long aroused the curiosity of
Jan Holden, a professor of counseling at the University of North Texas and
president of the International Association of Near Death Studies. Holden says
her interest in near-deathresearch was aroused after reading The Great Soul
Trial, an account of the estate of an Arizona prospector who disappeared in

Have
scientists at the "home" of reincarnation research in the US managed to prove
its existence?... Dr Ian Stevenson, a psychiatrist in his 80s, has spent over
four decades studying thousands of children who apparently remember a past life.
"I think reincarnation is the best explanation, though not the only one, for the
strongest cases we have," he says. It is a highly contentious claim. If
reincarnation exists, it means the mind or consciousness can survive bodily
death and continue in another life. [Read

The
young girl was able to provide many details of her past life, including
descriptions of her previous home and family in Mathura. At the prompting of
Mahatma Gandhi, a team of researchers was put together to examine her claims.
According to reincarnation expert Dr. Ian Stevenson, Shanti Devi's past life
memories matched the facts uncovered by the panel's investigation. Swedish
journalist, Sture Lonnerstrand, also looked into the case of Shanti Devi. After
an extensive investigation he concluded, "This is the only fully explained and
proven case of reincarnation there has been." [Read

Pakistan's I.S.I. agents arrested all over the country. The situation has gone

A
series of scientific experiments in the early 1980s changed forever our
understanding of the nature of matter. It is likely that it will also prove to
have been the greatest religious discovery of the 20th century. Physicists call
it entanglement, and it describes the state of two or more particles once they
have interacted with one another. From then on, irrespective of time and space,
a correlation will always exist between them. What happens to one will affect
the other - even if they are now at opposite ends of the universe. The word
entanglement is really a misnomer. Some scientists use "non-separability" to
describe the same condition. [Read

One
of Britain's most prominent atheists has decided that God might exist after all.
Prof Antony Flew, a champion of atheist beliefs for more than 50 years, said
scientific evidence supports the theory that some sort of intelligence created
the universe. Prof Flew, 81, a professor emeritus of philosophy at the
University of Reading, said that this was the only explanation for the origin of
life ... "I'm thinking of a God very different from the God of the Christian and
far and away from the God of Islam, because both are depicted as omnipotent
Oriental despots - cosmic Saddam Husseins," he said in his new video, "Has
Science Discovered God?" [Read

A
completely blind British man has been shown to possess an apparent "sixth sense"
which lets him recognize emotions on people's faces, according to British
scientists. The researchers say the 52-year-old was able to react to pictures of
human faces showing emotions such as anger, happiness or fear. The man,
identified only as 'patient X', has suffered two strokes which damaged the brain
areas that process visual signals, leaving him completely blind. [Read

A
co-worker who lost her mother to cancer was leaving the funeral when she saw a
swarm of dragonflies. It wasn't even the time of year when the insects are
supposed to be out, so it probably won't surprise you that her mother happened
to be a big fan of dragonflies. You've heard similar stories. Friends and
relatives of those who loved cardinals or wolves, ladybugs or butterflies will
see an image of those beings in the most unlikely places and be reminded of the
one who's gone. Are they messages from the afterlife or just coincidences? Each

If
it's good enough for ravers, it's good enough for G.I.s. That's the thinking,
apparently, behind the Army's decision to test the animal tranquilizer Ketamine
as away to soothe injured soldiers. The drug known in the clubs has "Special

This year, the Army has been running final, phase III Food and Drug

Note:
P.M.H. Atwater
highly recommends this movie. She states: |
| |
|
"To
say it is fantastic would be an understatement. You may want to see it twice.
The sum of what comes from near-death experiences, death-bed visions, spiritual
transformations, and from the depths of the new sciences and what has been
discovered about the universe, is embraced in this film - and in a manner you
can grasp. This one film illuminates the entire territory. I found myself
smiling throughout, pleased that at last someone had made a movie from "Future
Memory." Parts of the movie are even word-for-word
from my book. No, I don't think they copied anything. I doubt that anyone
connected with the film had ever heard of me, but truth is truth, no matter from
whence it comes or by whom. Do see it. It is more than wonderful. |

"Into
The Light" - With
Bruce Greyson, Ph.D - Features the stories of six people who faced death yet
lived to tell about it. They, like eight million other Americans have had a
near-death experience, an event filled with peace and radiant with love. Hear
what they have to say about death and the hereafter. "Through The Tunnel &
Beyond" with best-selling author -
Raymond Moody, M.D., Ph.D.
Called the father of the "near-death experience" Raymond Moody teaches
the technique for visionary encounters with deceased loved ones. A superb
documentary shot around the world at sacred sights, among them Epyhyra, Greece
where Homer described as the
Oracle of the Dead.
People who have had near death experiences or those who are terminally ill, tell
in intimate detail what they have experienced in death and most confess that "it
is the most peaceful they have ever felt." After studying the rituals performed
there and throughout the ages, Moody replicated the conditions in his own
studio. |

Atwater's "As You Die" is the only presentation on Earth that talks a person
through physical death as he or she is dying, and the soul's separation. It has

quicker for someone to die and die at peace. |

This
20 minute short film can be found at the end of the DVD version of the 2003
horror movie, "Final Destination 2." Unlike the horrible movie it comes with,
this short film is worth the price of the entire DVD.
P.M.H. Atwater
has this to say about it: |
| |
|
"Although the movie is violent and scary, the documentary is just the opposite -
the finest piece of work yet done on the near-death experience. I know because I
was privileged to be one of the people interviewed for this production and have
seen "Cheating Death: Beyond and Back." It is only 20 minutes long, and
unfortunately cannot be purchased separately from the movie, but anyone
interested in the near-death phenomenon will want this documentary. It is
exceptional!" -- PMH |

"SynchroFile: Amazing Personal Encounters With Synchronicity And Other Strange
Phenomena" by Raymond E. Fowler |
|
|
Dr.
Kenneth Ring wrote that Fowler's researched book on the NDE and UFO experiences
"may well have deciphered the ultimate nature and meaning" of these baffling
phenomena. In his book "SynchroFile,"
Fowler applies the same kind of meticulous research into synchronistic
experiences that permeate his life. This material is the result of his research
into Jungian psychology, the New Physics and his study of a ten-year diary of
personal and family experiences of amazing coincidences and paranormal
experiences. His research lead to the incredulous conclusion that time is an
illusion and that reports of synchronicity, ghosts, out-of-body and near-death
experiences, UFOs, precognition, telepathy, and other extrasensory experiences
are all individual expressions of one intelligent-like meta-phenomenon. An
excerpt is coming soon.

"The Significance of the Near-Death Experience in Western
Cultural Traditions" by Alan Pew |
|
|
Alan's
thesis shows the significance by identifying and analyzing works in the fields
of Western fictional literature, art, film and religion which contain the NDE as
the central theme. This them has been a part of the literary, artistic and
religious foundations of Western cultural traditions since early antiquity. The
significant and wide-ranging influence of the NDE on these traditions is
evidenced by the presence of the motif throughout the various genres within
each. Examples include some of the most revered classics of Western
civilization. At least one researcher has suggested that the root of some of
these great works may be the result of NDE-type insights experienced by
recognized creative geniuses like Dickens, Wilder and Dante. |
